Mr. Daney, associated with Financial Design Group since 1996, conducts his business in partnership with his son, Jeffrey S. Daney, also a financial advisor with Financial Design Group. Mr. Daney frequently serves as a co-advisor to other financial advisors and their clients. He served as an Estate Planning and Business Insurance Specialist for the Private Client Group of Merrill Lynch, managed a very successful brokerage office for Connecticut Mutual (now MassMutual) Life Insurance Company, and served as president of Professional Financial Planning, Inc., the financial planning subsidiary of Lincoln National Corporation. Mr. Daney, a nationally recognized estate planning expert, voluntarily serves as an associate editor of The Journal, the official monthly publication of the Society for Financial Service Professionals.
